Privacy notice

The legal basis for data processing on this website is Art. 6 (1) GDPR. The transmission of all data is currently not secure, i.e. it does not take place via an https connection. Therefore, the transmitted data could also become known to unauthorized third parties. All data collected (see below) is processed for the purpose of using this website and to protect the rights and (including intellectual) property of the publisher. This data is also processed in order to be able to establish and maintain the connection and to ensure problem-free surfing on this website. The data is also processed for administrative purposes to evaluate usage statistics. The named purposes also justify the publisher's interest in data processing through the use of this website itself. All data and information collected is not used to personally identify the user of this website, unless he or she contacts the publisher via the digital options offered on the website. In order to protect user data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties, suitable technical and organizational security measures are used in the access area (Art. 25 GDPR). This homepage contains links to other websites on the Internet. By clicking on these links, the user leaves this homepage. The publisher of this homepage assumes no liability for violations of law, regardless of the legal basis, that could accompany clicking on the links and leaving this homepage. In particular, the publisher is not liable for data protection violations that arise solely from clicking on or touching the links with the mouse or from visiting the externally linked pages. When accessing this homepage, the browser used by the user automatically transmits various information to the server from which this homepage is accessed at the moment. This is at least temporarily recorded in a storage file on the server, a so-called log file. This does not affect data that the user's Internet provider collects and possibly stores from the user on a legal or other basis. The aforementioned information includes, for example, the IP address of the user's device, the date and time of access, the name and Internet address of the files accessed, the original website from which access was made, the accessing browser and the operating system of the access device, and the name of the user's access provider. This homepage offers the option of direct contact via a corresponding form in which the user can voluntarily enter their data. This also includes an email address or telephone number that the user must provide, which are marked as mandatory fields because otherwise the desired contact cannot be established. By entering and confirming the opt-in to contact, the user gives the publisher voluntary consent to this contact in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 a) GDPR. The transmitted contact details are deleted when the user request has been finally processed, or automatically after one month at the latest, regardless of whether contact has been made.

Furthermore, the user as the data subject has the following rights: In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, the user can request information about his or her personal data processed by the publisher. This particularly concerns the purpose of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom the user data is transmitted, the storage period of the user data, the user rights to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) or objection (Art. 21 GDPR) and the existence of a right of complaint (Art. 77 GDPR). In addition, the user has the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), i.e. transmission of the data provided by the user by the publisher of the site to himself or to another responsible party in a structured, common and machine-readable format. If the user has given the publisher consent to data collection, this can be revoked or changed at any time in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR. This means that the data processing based on this consent may no longer be continued in the same way in the future.
